FEATURES
DECKING
We offer marine grade pressure treated wood, moisture shield water submersible composite decking with color match stainless steel screws for maximum protection against the elements, or stamped concrete upon request.
EDGE PROTECTION
Marine grade pressure treated wood or composite can be used as banding boards on side of dock frames. Vinyl rub rail is used in either white or black in color in high traffic area such as boat slip to prevent damage to dock and vessel.
ROOF SUPPORT
Roofing support columns standard are 2 ½” x 2 ½” square tubing either 14 gauge or 11 gauge depending on application. Pre-punched holes for z purlins or c purlins before coating.

FASTENERS
ANCHORING
Premium grade Polyethylene Shell wrapped foam floats with a 15 year warranty are standard.
All frame fasteners are ½” Grade 8 coated as well as roof column attachment and “c” or “z” purlin attachment.
3”, 4” and 5” x ¼” thick galvanized pipe is used to anchor floating docks. Diameter of pipe and length of pipe used is based on water fluctuation and location of dock.
COATING
Docks Plus can galvanize roof columns or have them powder coated specific colors to match dock, decking, or roof at request.
SHEETMETAL
Roofing Sheet Metal is 26 gauge for strength, standard. Either residential profile with 9” ribs or r panel with 12” ribs is used. Trim for gable ends is included. 40 year warranty on sheetmetal.
WARRANTY
Docks Plus has a 1 year workmanship warranty, excluding acts of nature. We have all the proper insurance requirements to work on your property and copies are available upon request. We provide commercial grade quality products for residential purposes. Our docks are designed and built one at a time for specific projects and not mass produced.
